In attaining this pre-qualification, our Policies, Procedures, Management, Work Health, Safety & Environmental and Systems for Procurement and Outcome have been audited and verified for suitability for Governmental Projects.

As a principal contractor on many building sites, we ensure that we only engage specialist licensed sub-trades that are fully compliant and compatible with our own policies and procedures, to enhance our company and our commitment to Work, Health, Safety & Environment and compliance with regulatory controls of the Victorian Building Industry. All sub-trades affiliated with Diamond Property Developments Pty Ltd provide evidence of compliance, Insurance Certificates of Currency, Safe Systems of Work along with valid copies of White Card Safety Inductions, Working with Children’s Checks, High Risk Licences, Certificates of Competency and Safe Operating Policies and Procedures.

Diamond Property Developments currently comprises of our office team which consists of project administration management, office administration, construction managers, OH&S and estimating together with the construction team, being our company supervisor, various managers, supervisors and foreman along with several apprentices (varying years of Accreditation), qualified carpenters and labourers.
Diamond Property Developments believe in investing in our staff by actively promoting additional training.
To date our personnel are trained and competent in:

- Apply First Aid
- Asbestos awareness
- Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Controls
- Excavator operation
- Working at heights
- Elevated work platforms

Diamond Property Developments regularly work in sensitive areas such as Child Care Centres, Public and Private Schools. As such, all Diamond Property Development personnel have completed:
- Working with Children Checks, and
- Police Checks
To ensure our sites are always electrically safe, Diamond Property Developments’ Team also has a nationally recognised qualified test and tag specialist.
