Projects and Administration Manager
Jordan started with Diamond Property Developments in 2011 as an apprentice carpenter, completing his apprenticeship in 2015. Jordan has continued to further his studies allowing him to attain a certificate in Asbestos Awareness and Certificate IV Building and Construction.
Jordan has over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry and has worked and project managed a diverse range of projects, including but not limited to schools, residential, townhouses and apartments and insurance reinstatements. His time at the company has allowed him to grow from his role as a carpenter to being a Projects and Administration Manager.
With exceptional knowledge of building and construction and outstanding people management skills Jordan ensures all projects are managed with excellent communication between staff, contractors, architects and clients to ensure the project is delivered to the end users’ punctually and with quality, flawless finishes.
Jordan’s role as Projects and Administration Manager involves:
• Estimating and Tendering
• Project and Employee Management
• Managing Lend Lease Retirement Living works
• Oversee Site Supervisors, Employees and Contractors
• Client Liaison
