Shaun Belmore is the General Manager of Diamond Property Construction Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience across commercial construction, property development, insurance restoration and complex building projects.

After completing his apprenticeship with Diamond Property Developments in 2012, Shaun continued to build on his practical expertise and has progressed into a leadership role through a commitment to technical excellence, continuous learning and delivering quality outcomes. He is a Registered Building Practitioner in both Victoria and Queensland for Commercial and Domestic Building, with extensive experience leading projects from planning and design through to construction, restoration and completion.

Throughout his career, Shaun has delivered projects across a broad range of sectors, including commercial developments, education, healthcare, residential construction and insurance reinstatement. His practical construction expertise, combined with a strong understanding of business operations, enables him to lead multidisciplinary teams while balancing technical excellence, commercial outcomes and client expectations.

Committed to maintaining industry best practice, Shaun continually invests in professional development. His specialist qualifications include Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) and Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT).

Known for his collaborative leadership style, technical expertise and clear communication, Shaun is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering strong client relationships and delivering quality outcomes across every stage of the construction lifecycle.
