Our Team
Diamond Property Developments currently comprises of our office team which consists of project administration management, office administration, construction managers, OH&S and estimating together with the construction team, being our company supervisor, various managers, supervisors and foreman along with several apprentices (varying years of Accreditation), qualified carpenters and labourers.
To date our personnel are trained and competent in:
- Perform CPR
- Apply First Aid
- Asbestos awareness
- Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Controls
- Excavator operation
- Working at heights
- Elevated work platforms
- Erect limited height Scaffolding
Diamond Property Developments regularly work in sensitive areas such as Child Care Centres, Public and Private Schools. As such, all Diamond Property Development personnel have completed:
- Employee
- Working with Children Checks, and
- Police Checks
To ensure our sites are always electrically safe, Diamond Property Developments’ Team also has a nationally recognised qualified test and tag specialist.
